Richard G. Innes
Richard G. Innes has been an education scholar at the Bluegrass Institute in Kentucky since 2003 and has been studying education reforms in the Bluegrass State since 1994, including pertinent information from the NAEP.聽 He is author of the 2022 report, 鈥溾�� In 1999, his discovery of a problem with exclusion of students from the NAEP impacting score validity gained the full attention of the National Assessment Governing Board.
