Dr. Steven L. Johnson is superintendent of Fort Ransom School District No. 6 and a nearly 50-year veteran of rural education in North Dakota. He serves on the executive committee of the National Rural Education Association and the Board of North Dakota Small Organized Schools, and founded Rural Educational Associates, LLC.
